SpeedFactory Racing’s Titanium Exhaust Manifold Stud Kits include studs/washers/nuts made from ultra-strong Ti-6Al-4V, everything needed to replace your factory steel studs with a lighter, stronger, and corrosion-proof material. A hex on one end of the studs allows them to be easily installed and removed, in addition, they won’t rust like steel hardware. 

If you are ever anxious about removing the headers from your LSx engine, a titanium hardware kit future-proofs your build so you won’t have to deal with the headaches of a broken or stripped-out stud/nut. This system future-proofs your build, it is designed to be reusable and offers improved serviceability for jobs that require removal of the headers. 

12-point TI nuts and washers provide excellent clamping force, this will ensure you have a tight seal between the manifold and cylinder head, giving a leak-free operation.

Available in standard (raw) or burnt titanium finish. 

Fitment:

Fits all Chevrolet/GM LS1 / LS2 / LS3 / LS6 / LS7 / LS9/ LSX / LQ9 and related small block V8 engines
