Running Drag Cartel's Kinsler ITB kit? You need a throttle cable bracket to mount your throttle cable housing to the ITB setup. The factory throttle cable bracket doesn't work with ITBs because the mounting geometry's completely different. This Drag Cartel throttle cable bracket's made specifically for their Kinsler ITB kit. It's machined from billet aluminum and hard anodized black. You bolt it to your ITB kit, mount your throttle cable housing to it, and your throttle cable works properly. If you're running Drag Cartel Kinsler ITBs, you need this bracket.
Why You Need a Throttle Cable Bracket
When you install ITBs, you're ditching your factory throttle body and throttle cable setup. The factory throttle cable bracket bolts to the factory throttle body. Once you remove the factory throttle body, you've got nowhere to mount your throttle cable housing. The throttle cable housing needs to be anchored to a fixed point so when you push the gas pedal, the cable pulls the throttle linkage instead of just pulling the cable housing. If the cable housing moves, your throttle feel's sloppy and inconsistent. This bracket gives you a solid mounting point for your throttle cable housing on your ITB setup.

This bracket's designed specifically for Drag Cartel's Kinsler ITB kits. It's not a universal bracket. The mounting points match Drag Cartel's ITB kit, so it bolts on without modification. If you're running a different brand's ITB kit, this bracket won't fit. This is for Drag Cartel Kinsler ITBs only.

Note: This bracket only works with Drag Cartel's Kinsler ITB kits. It won't fit other ITB setups. When you install the bracket, make sure your throttle cable's routed properly without kinks. Adjust your cable so you hit full throttle and full closed throttle without binding or preload. If your cable's too tight or too loose, your throttle feel's going to be weird. Test your throttle operation before you start the car. Make sure the throttle snaps shut when you let off the pedal.
